Construction and equipment of the endovascular surgery department in Crimea

To fulfil a government contract our company built a separate building for endovascular surgery for the Simferopol City Clinical Hospital № 7. Endovascular surgery is one of the methods of treating vascular pathologies in the field of urology, gynecology, oncology and general surgery. During endovascular surgeries intervention in the human body is carried out not through incisions, but through small punctures which are no more than 4 millimeters. Endovascular surgery refers to high-tech medical care. Today, more than 100 surgeries are performed per month in the new department. We not only built a modern medical building, taking into account all the sanitary and epidemiological requirements for a medical center, but also equipped the operating units, sanitary checkpoints, examination rooms and wards with the necessary equipment. А modular box was also built and a magnet imaging system was installed there. So 250−300 examinations can be done monthly.

Endovascular surgery

Construction and equipping of the unified medical diagnostic centre (UMDC), Taitsy settlement, Leningrad region

In 2023 our company finished building and equipment of the Unified Medical Diagnostic Centre (UMDC). Our specialists designed a project of a multidisciplinary clinic. This design considers the necessity of the region in qualified and available health care. Today the UMDC offers a wide range of services, which include providing basic care to the population in therapeutic, pediatric, traumatology, cardiology and neurology departments. In a modern medical center, the patient can have courses of physiotherapy, massage and all the necessary tests. The clinic is also equipped with ultrasound and MRI machines and a treatment room. This project was a part of public-private partnership.

Unified medical diagnostic centre

Hemodialysis Department, The Komi Republic

At the end of 2023, our company was asked to develop a project for a hemodialysis department for the Komi Republic. We investigated the problem of health care services in the region and came to the conclusion that today over 320 patients need blood purification for chronic renal failure. And only 74 people undergo the procedure in public clinics. Our experts recommended that the region reconstruct the old hemodialysis department, replace equipment and increase the number of patients who can undergo treatment. We proposed to the Komi Republic to conclude a life cycle contract. This will allow to use free money for the construction of roads, bridges and schools, if there is a shortage of funds in the region.

Medical waste disposal complex, Republic of Crimea

At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, our company made an agreement with the Republic of Crimea on the construction of a complex for the disposal of medical waste. More than 400 million rubles are invested into the project. We offer an environmentally friendly waste recycling process using low-temperature pyrolysis technology. Recycling occurs without access to oxygen, so emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere and the impact on the environment are minimal. Our company has developed a clear system for monitoring, collection, transportation
and disposal of medical waste of classes B and C, as well as other man-made waste, which allows you to control processing at each stage. The project is carrying as a part of a public-private partnership. This allows not only to solve the region’s environmental problems, but also to create new jobs.

Medical waste disposal complex, Saint Petersburg

Now our company is negotiating with the Administration of St. Petersburg on the construction of a complex for the disposal of medical waste in the city and on the creation of a unified system for monitoring, collection, transportation and disposal of medical waste. As a basic solution, we proposed an already developed project for a plant in Crimea, which, if necessary, can be scaled to meet the needs of the metropolis.

Construction of a complex for sorting MSW on the territory of the Komi Republic

About 200 thousand tons of waste are generated annually in the Komi Republic. Most of it is not disposed of in an environmentally friendly way, but is buried in the ground. According to the national project «Ecology», by 2030 100% of municipal solid waste (MSW) should be recycled. To achieve these numbers a project for the construction of a modern MSW sorting complex is being developed collectively with the regional leadership. The capacity of this complex is more than 200 thousand tons. Investments in the project are 2 billion rubles. We have developed a step-by-step system for monitoring, collecting, transporting and sorting MSW, starting from automatic weight control of waste received at the waste facility, to the recycling of already treated waste.

Construction of a complex for bark and wood waste recycling

According to researchers, about 35.5 million m3 of wood waste is generated annually in Russia. This is a serious environmental problem for regions with a developed wood industry. The problem of recycling long-term storage bark and wood waste is very serious and up-to-date in the Komi Republic. In Syktyvkar there has been a bark dump of the Syktyvkar sawmill and woodworking plant for almost 100 years since 1926. Its area is approximately 10 hectares, the height is 20−25 meters. The volume of bark and wood waste is estimated at about 2 million m3. The Russian Environmental Safety Strategy instructs regions to dispose of accumulated waste generated as a result of economic activities until 2025. A solution was offered to the leadership of the Komi Republic. The solution is to construct a complex for processing bark and wood waste using the method of continuous pyrolysis. This project can solve several problems at once — to recycle wood waste by carbonization, to produce thermal energy (for further transfer to consumers) and to produce charcoal, which can be used in everyday life and at metallurgical enterprises.
